Overview
These reflection assignments provide opportunities for you to reflect on your experiences working with children, adolescents, and/or families and the organizations that serve them. They allow you to personalize the concepts learned in class and readings and apply it to your academic and professional life. You will submit 4 journal entries (approximately 1 journal entry for every 10 fieldwork hours completed).
Each journal entry will have two components: (1) a standard reflection; (2) a specific prompt. Make sure to complete both parts. For each of the four reflection assignments, you will be expected to complete both components. Each reflection should be 2-3 pages double-spaced (excluding the prompts).
Instructions
For this reflection assignment, you will reflect on a meaningful interaction or event between/amongst children at your fieldwork site/in a developmental setting. Please make sure to follow the instructions for the correct reflection (all reflection instructions are in the documents below):
