This assignment is to create a one-page handout on the benefits of being bi- or multi-lingual. Dr. Park-Johnson talks about this in her lecture.
The handout should be geared towards your concentration (e.g., parents of preschoolers, elementary or middle school teachers, youth or young adults or those who work with youth and young adults). 
Get creative and include pictures or clip art on your handout (this is good practice for designing your website). Please make sure to cite the readings and videos in your handout using APA formatting. Responses should be bulleted sentences.
Include the following headings in your handout:
a) two benefits of being multi-lingual
b) answer one commonly asked question OR dispute one commonly held myth about bilingualism,
c) include two recommendations or practical applications of what you have learned about bilingualism.
