The project report is normally around 6,000 words, excluding the reference list. However, this is negotiable for creative outputs subject to the negotiation with the respective course coordinators. The project report shall be marked by the primary supervisor. If a report fails, a second marker will be invited to mark it. The project report should cover the following elements: 
a) A fully referenced literature review of the environmental issues or problems being addressed; 
b) Project justifications; 
c) Project objectives; 
d) Descriptions of the deliverables or products;* 
e) Project planning and implementation:
 Strategies;
 The justifications and functions of each deliverable;
 Challenges and solutions;
 Programme and schedule;
 Division of labours.
f) Evaluation:
 Project outcomes, impacts and effectiveness;
 Self-reflection.

* Notes:
a) For written outputs such as booklets, pamphlets or posters, they should be included in an
appendix of the report. For other outputs, you may include a URL, U-tube, etc., to show your output.
