meditation that provide the same kind of brain health, or is nothing as
effective? (i.e. medication, exercise, music, therapy…)

Also, remember to make your thesis clear – ‘is there anything that provides the same effects as meditation, like the gym, or medication, or therapy – or does nothing prove to be as successful…’
